Payment

RikkeLyngholm accepts online payments with Visa, Mastercard, and MobilePay.

Digital products: Payment will be deducted from your account when the digital product is sent to the specified email address. All amounts are inclusive of VAT.

Physical products: Payment will be deducted from your account when the physical product is dispatched from the warehouse.

Delivery

The digital product is delivered to the specified email shortly after the purchase is completed.

Physical products are dispatched within 3-7 business days and sent to a parcel shop.

Right of withdrawal

Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital patterns that have already been downloaded.

Physical products must be returned no later than 14 days after receipt at the parcel shop, otherwise your return will not be approved.

Right of complaint

There is no right of complaint for digital goods.
