Blanket construction
The main pattern is worked back and forth in rows. The edging is worked in the round.
Suggested yarn & gauge
Yarn: Infinity Hearts Baby Merino (50 g = 185 yds)
Yarn required: 420 grams (for a 35.4 x 35.4 inch baby blanket)
Suggested crochet hook: Use the hook size needed to obtain gauge. I use a larger hook than recommended on the yarn label to make a lighter baby blanket. I obtain gauge with a 5.00 mm / US H-8 crochet hook.
Gauge (Dc): Double crochet (4 x 4 inches): 19 sts x 13 rows
Baby blanket measurements
35.4 x 35.4 inches including the lace edging
